The economy is currently on the brink of the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression.
The media is pumping out doom porn at full blast and normies are completely consumed by it. Go take a trip to a random store and pay close attention to the people around you. People are down bad. They’re walking around with glazed-over eyes and depressed, fearful facial expressions like they’re extras in a scene from an apocalypse movie.
It’s easy to fall into the trap and join the anxious masses. Don’t.
If you think that it’s “impossible to make money in this environment”, then read on because I’m about to bitchslap you with reality.
You don’t have to be a victim of the economy
One of my favorite hobbies lately is checking the site layoffs.fyi to see the latest carnage.
Companies are laying off employees left and right. Global shipping volume is down. Inflation is soaring to the point where the US is becoming indistinguishable from Weimar Germany.
Despite the economic turmoil, my businesses are all growing. My traffic is through the roof and revenues have never been higher.
Don’t let the doomscrolling get to you.
Yes, you should be vaguely aware of what’s going on in the larger economy. But at the end of the day the only thing that determines whether you’re successful or not is the person you see staring back at you in the mirror.
