Do you put out any YouTube videos yourself for any of your personal Ecom businesses? If so, I don’t expect you to dox and share them. Just wondering. Outside of founders videos, in general what style of YouTube vids do you find effective at getting views and convert the most? (For Ecom and dtc)
For my main niche I have a video guy who is an expert in my niche (has worked in the industry before I hired him) who is the face of the brand. Similar effect. I'm way to introverted to be do the videos myself.
Video essays about topics in your niche are most effective. If your videos are all just ads for your product it won't work.
Just keep pumping them out without worrying about the views at first. You'll get traction eventually (as long as you keep improving them with each iteration).

Makes sense. TY for sharing!
How’d you find your video guy? So hard to find high quality people to work with.
Found him on Upwork. You have to sift through a lot of garbage but there are occasional gems.
