You Can't Always Rely on the Data
The precious "data" isn't always right
SEOs and WiFi money biz owners are completely obsessed with data.
That’s not necessarily a bad thing. Obviously you need to have objective info, otherwise you’re just stabbing in the dark and hoping for the best.
But at a certain point the data becomes an artificial prison that limits your ability to really grow your business. To take things to the next level, you need to learn how to develop and trust your intuition.
SEOs have a personality problem
Most SEO people are extremely left-brained.
Left-brained people are completely obsessed with things like numbers, data, and spreadsheets. If it can be easily quantified and analyzed, left-brained people love it.
Compare that with right-brained people; who are much better at creative thinking and artistic ability.
There’s an obvious advantage to being left-brained in the SEO world. Being able to parse and analyze data is an essential skill for anyone who owns a website.
But it’s not the be-all end-all.
