Are these sites actually selling though? Or are these vanity prices? Meaning will they end up selling for 50% of asking price or do you think the creators will get at least close to what they are asking?
Would you or anyone else be willing to partner together to complete building and monetizing a site, then selling it and splitting the profits? I have a very interesting site related to AI that I started working on but neglected due to lack of time.
